"Make Offer" or "Best Offer"

Using this method is a great opportunity at getting high quality items at the lowest price.

Search our store listings for items with "Make Offer."  Not all of our store listings will have it. 

Once you find the store item you like with the  "Make Offer" option, click "Make Offer" and submit your best offer.  If your offer is too low, it will be declined automatically and you will need to submit a new, higher offer.  Please note that eBay limits you to 3 offers per item, so give a reasonable offer.

How to Checkout with a Single Item or Separate Shipments

Checking out with an individual item is easy.  Just check out normally.  You won't receive any of the discounts with combined shipping.  Any item older than 7 days must be paid for or risk having the item listed as unpaid to eBay and resubmitted for sale. Go to you account under "Won" and click on "Pay Now" and select the items you want shipped.

How to Combine Multiple Orders

 Before you complete your final checkout, you can combine all you purchases into a single invoice saving you the cost of having your items shipped separately.   You have up to 7 days from your first item to combine them into one.  Any item older than 7 days must be paid for or risk having the item listed as unpaid to eBay and resubmitted for sale.  Please refer to our domestic/Int'l shipping pages for more details.

Go to your account under "Won" and click on "Pay Now" button for any DiamondOction item.  Next, click on the "Pay Multiple Items from this Seller" button or contact us and we will combine your order for you and send you a new invoice.

Refer to our Policy Page to calculate shipping and handling costs for your combined invoice or click on "Pay Now" on the new combined invoice we sent you.

Make a payment for the selected multiple items.

We ship worldwide using various carriers.  Shipments to APO, FPO or P.O. box addresses via USPS only.  Choose the best carrier for your location.  Shipping can be upgraded to expedite shipping at an additional cost.  Although optional, it is recommended that all shipments  over $100 are shipped with insurance. Any order over $500 gets Free Shipping anywhere in the world.  Please refer to our Domestic or International Shipping page for more details about the various Shipping methods and rates we offer.

Once you have chosen "Pay by Credit Card" contact us through e-mail to pay by credit card. 

Follow the instructions in the email we will send  you and complete the payment.

Money Orders, Certified Checks and Personal Checks

We can accept Money Orders, Certified Checks and Personal Checks through the mail. This is the slowest method of payment since we have to wait for your check to arrive. Items paid for with Money Orders and Certified Check will be mailed out same day. Personal Check purchases will be shipped when your check clears.

If you have multiple items to combine,  look in your eBay account in "Won" under "All Buying" and choose all orders to combine and follow the instructions in your order.

Once you have your check, write  the item number of any one of the items you purchased from us in the "For" section of the check and mail it out to the address in the invoice sent to your eBay "My Messages", your eBay registered e-mail address or in your "Won" under "All Buying."

After you mail out your check, complete your checkout with "Pay by Check" option.

Returning an Item

The item you want to return must be unused, un-modified and undamaged.

You can find our address in the invoice sent to your eBay "My Messages", your eBay registered e-mail address or in your "Won" under "All  Buying"

You can send it back to us with its original packaging with any trackable service with insurance.  Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.

Contact us and inform us that you are returning an item.   Please include the tracking number.  After we receive and examine the item, we will refund you within 3 days.
