 Can I get a mount for my purchased diamond ?

Ans:

We offer mounts at our eBay store to customize your diamonds. Diamond and mount must be combined on the same invoice.

 Do you have any other styles that are not in your store?

 Ans:

Yes. We have more styles that have not been posted. Please contact us if you would like a style you don’t see in our store. Please include a description of the style you want..

 Can I get a mount with different gold purity/karat?

 Ans:

No. We only have 14K white or yellow gold mounts.

 Can I have a ring I purchased from you resized?

 Ans:

Yes. After you have purchased your ring mount, send us an email with the eBay item number and the ring size you want.

 What can I do if I can’t find a mount that fits my purchased diamond?

 Ans:

If you can not find a mount that fits your diamond, purchase the next bigger size.

 Can I send you a drawing of a ring, pendant, earring, etc. that you can    create?
