These polices are for our Customers located within the United States.  If you are not located within the United States, please refer to our International Shipping Policy Page.

Combining your multiple orders helps save you the cost of paying for shipping and handling separately. You can combine your invoice yourself by following our instruction. If you need additional help with combining invoices or you do not see the combined invoice after following our instructions, please contact us at sales@diamondoction.com and we will help you combine your orders and send you a new combined invoice within 24 hours.
     You can continue shopping and add more items to you shopping cart. You can keep shopping for up to 10 days from the first item you purchased. You will be receiving payment reminders a day after you win/buy your items. You can disregard these reminders as long as you combine your orders within 10 days of the oldest item. When you're done shopping, just follow the combining invoice instructions again and disregard the previous invoices in your email.
    You have up to 10 days of the oldest item to complete your purchase and check out. Items older than 10 days can not be combined and must be paid for separately or else it will be submitted to eBay for an unpaid item dispute. Complete all purchases older than 10 days to avoid this unpaid item dispute. We are unable to combine items that have already been "checked out" (shipped or unshipped) by you with recently purchased items.

Our preferred shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx. All domestic orders over $500 receive free shipping and handling via USPS Priority or Express Mail. All shipment prices below $500 are priced based on our shipping calculator located in the item page under the "Shipping and Handling" section of the page or at checkout. You can also calculate your own USPS shipping using the USPS Shipping Calculator.  All items are shipped with insurance (paid by customer).

     All orders are shipped same business day of payment confirmation before 12:00 p.m. EST. Orders with payment confirmed by Friday after 3:00 p.m. or the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Payment confirmation received after 3:00 p.m. on a day before a major holiday will be shipped soon after we reopen. Orders are processed on a first-in-first-out basis.

     Orders that require diamond setting, resizing or custom design require additional time to complete, typically 1 or 2 business days from date of payment confirmation.

     When your shipment label is generated, you will receive an item shipped confirmation email and another email with your package tracking number to your eBay account email address. All USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and FedEx services shipments require a signature upon delivery.

     Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, an APO, FPO or P.O. box address via USPS only.  Please be sure that your phone number is listed with your address in your eBay item purchase, PayPal payment receipt or other method payment receipt.  This information is required by the shipping carrier.

     Orders over $250 will only be shipped to the address on file with your credit card or PayPal confirmed address.  If the shipment is to be made to any other address, please call your Credit Card issuing bank or PayPal and confirm your alternate shipping address to avoid your order being cancelled or delayed.  If there are any delays in your shipment, we will notify you via e-mail.  If an item is not in stock for any reason, DiamondOction.com customer service will notify you.
